Community & Sustainability
Buncho supports local water access projects and agricultural education programs after harvest. Farmers are paid premiums for ripe cherry selection and quality delivery. While not formally certified organic, the coffee is grown using traditional, chemical-free methods that maintain biodiversity and protect the land.
Brewing Recommendation
Best enjoyed as a pour over (V60 or Kalita) to highlight citrus clarity and floral complexity.
