Our Story

Staccato Roasters is a small-batch specialty coffee roastery based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, focused on clarity, balance, and freshness in every cup.

Founded by Pete, a longtime coffee enthusiast and former barista, Staccato grew out of years spent exploring specialty coffee and learning how roast development shapes flavor. Today, that curiosity is applied to careful sourcing and consistent roasting — with one goal: great coffee, roasted fresh and made to be enjoyed daily.

Our Coffee

We source fully traceable coffees from respected producers in regions such as Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Papua New Guinea. Each lot is selected for character and roast potential, then profiled to highlight what makes it special — whether that’s fruit-forward brightness or rich chocolate depth.

All of our coffee is roasted to order in Minneapolis and shipped fresh in compostable packaging. Nothing sits on shelves.
