Kenya has come to mean quality in the specialty coffee arena. They have strict quality standards with regards to their beans. These beans are grown at elevations ranging from 1,220 to 2,300 meters above sea level, sourced primarily from smallholder farmers. The varieties include Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11, all of which are well-regarded for their high quality.
